IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK

Dear Pet Parent,

As new cases of the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak continue to spread throughout the world, we are increasing our efforts to protect those that are most vulnerable to the virus.

In order to promote the health and safety of everyone in our community, we are compelled to provide our customers with the following four shopping options until further notice:

1.   Place your order online and choose to pick up your items curbside at our store location at 7935 Highway 35 in Bigfork.

2.   Place your order online and choose free delivery.  Our delivery area is from Many Lakes Rd intersection to Blue Bay (North to South) and Ferndale to Somers (East to West).

NOTE: You must enter your physical address on the check out page in order to populate the delivery and curbside options. A phone number is necessary so that we may call you if there are any issues, such as if you are in a hard to find location, have special needs, or don't come to pick up your order prior to store closing.

3.   Call us to place your order at 406-420-2806 and let us know if you would like to pick up curbside or have your items delivered for free.

4.   Stop by our retail store at 7935 Highway 35 and inform us of what you want from the threshold of the store. We will collect your items for you and provide the option of paying at the entrance.  Just pretend you are at Burger Town!

If one desires to browse in the store, we will only allow one asymptomatic family group in the store at a time, and ask that they do not touch the items, bulk bins, or door handles, and also maintain safe social distance from the employee who will gather your items for you.

We are following the protocols that the CDC has strongly recommended to help keep one another safe in this unprecedented moment, and to keep the store open and operational.

We will continue to follow public health official recommendations in order to best serve everyone's needs as we find solutions to diminish exposure of this outbreak to our most vulnerable customers.

In the meantime, thank you for your understanding, your patience and, most of all, for the love and dedication you have for your family. Our pets remain a vital part of our lives, especially in moments like this. We encourage you to stay home, stay clean, and love your pets even more for being by your side through thick and thin!

Be well and take care of one another!

Our best to all of you,

Julie and Steve Johannes, Owners
